We have used Cold-Air Mechanics 4-5 times so far, and each time their service exceeds expectations. One Friday evening, the A/C condensate line was leaking in the attic, and part of our bedroom roof collapsed. ****** drove over within an hour from another part of town and worked on the roof in the dark until 10pm to fix the problem! Talk about going the extra mile!

Replaced my Air conditioning unit at a rental property and serviced 4 other units AC.

My AC quit on my rental property around 4pm and Dan took fantastic care of my tenants. Did I say fantastic because I mean fantastic. My tenants love him. This particular rental has 2 ac units and one of them he could save. I asked him to first see if he could save both units by cleaning, servicing and new free on. The upstairs unit worked for a couple days then died. Dan recommended replacing the compressor and a couple of other things. He was out there the same day til almost midnight replacing this unit and now my tenants have great AC. Came with a 5 year warranty to boot. Dan is johnney on the spot when you have ac trouble. He is not a big corporation trying to milk you. He is a small business that cares and will do what it takes to earn your business. thanks
